Return Window

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

Eligible for Return

  • Item received is damaged or defective
  • Wrong item delivered
  • Item is unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact

Not Eligible for Return

  • Items used or worn
  • Items without original packaging or tags
  • Sale or discounted items
  • Custom or personalized orders

How to Return

  1. Email us at sacricketgear@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return
  2. We'll confirm your return request within 1-2 business days
  3. Ship the item back to our address (provided upon approval)

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days via the original payment method or store credit — your choice.
